Stan se nalazi u samom srcu Dorćola, u ulici Strahinjića Bana. Prostire se na prijatnoj kvadraturi i ima funkcionalan raspored prostorija: dnevnu sobu, spavaću sobu sa izlazom na malu terasu, kupatilo, kao i kuhinju sa trpezarijom.
Stan poseduje dve terase — manju uz spavaću sobu i veću, na kojoj se može komotno sesti i uživati tokom proleća, leta i dobrog dela jeseni.
U svakoj prostoriji nalazi se klima uređaj (ukupno tri: u dnevnoj sobi, trpezariji i spavaćoj sobi). Ugrađeni plakari omogućavaju dovoljno prostora za odlaganje, bez zauzimanja slobodnog prostora u stanu.
Grejanje je centralno.
Zakup iznosi 750 EUR mesečno.
Dodatno, obavezna je usluga čišćenja koju obavlja pouzdana higijeničarka koja već godinama održava stan. Dolazi dva puta mesečno, a usluga se plaća 50 EUR mesečno.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Dorćol, on Strahinjića Bana Street. It features a well-organized layout with a living room, a bedroom with access to a small terrace, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area.
There are two terraces — a smaller one by the bedroom and a larger one where you can comfortably sit and enjoy the pleasant weather during spring, summer, and most of autumn.
Each room is equipped with its own air conditioner (three in total — in the living room, dining area, and bedroom). Built-in closets provide plenty of storage space without taking up additional room.
The apartment has central heating.
Monthly rent is 750 EUR.
Additionally, a mandatory cleaning service is provided by a trustworthy lady who has been maintaining the apartment for years. She comes twice a month, and this service is charged 50 EUR per month.
